We're currently seeing slower-than-usual processing times and intermittent failures for some extractions. Our current hypothesis is that this is caused by Microsoft-hosted subprocesses that Normain relies on for AI processing. This is not an issue with Normain itself.

We're actively investigating and working to confirm the root cause. In the meantime, extractions may take longer than usual to complete. Affected extractions should still finish, they may just be delayed. We'll update this status as we learn more
